Volkswagen Mechanic Sydney

Hi guys, looking for a good value for money mechanic who specializes in euro cars(volkswagen's in particular) to do logbook servicing. When i used to own a honda hanny's was pretty much go to for a decent priced and good service. Googling volkswagen isn't so easy and people preach volksmuller/hills eurohaus but i hear they're pretty expensive. I'm not looking for dirt cheap or anything but someone who does good work for the price.

Cheers

  • Honestly, Hills Eurohaus is the way to go. The quality of service i've experienced with them is second to none. Theyre pretty friendly and I'm sure they could give you an idea of what it would cost to get your car serviced there.

  • I used VW Repairers in Artarmon numerous times and they were very fair with prices. They've now been shut down for over a year but their business transferred to Artarmon Auto and Mechanical at
50 Hotham Parade. I used these new guys once - seemed on top of it all but slightly more expensive, no longer only VW. I'll go back there again next time but am now doing the smaller things (oil, filters, etc) myself.

  • Hills is not expensive. They were $500 cheaper than VW for a service on my car (4 years inc DSG). I find them very upfront and honest in my dealings with them so far.

Volksmuller has a very good reputation as well, and they were informative when I had some enquiries for them.

Also try MullerHaus at South Strathfield, CamdenGTI (I think Campbelltown way), VW Village in Kensington, European Autotech in MonaVale, Exoticars in Parra….. just depends on your location really.

  • Will your old mechanic not service your VW? I don’t reckon for regular servicing that you have to have a specialist.
