  I guess this is as good as it gets with 2xu sales now days. I remember when the online store first launched was just 2xuoutlet and the prices were amazing. Compression tops and tights were like $20ea

    Not sure where you're getting your info from.

    Says nothing about not being able to return 'sale items' anywhere on their site.

    Nor on their actual returns page.

      I have had the same - ordered item in sale - wrong size and unable to return, which for me means, never order online again.

        Interesting.

        This contradicts the other user below as well. They were offered an exchange, but not a refund (which is fair imo).

        Just received my package today.

        Has the how to return/exchange card in it as well. Odd, if they don't allow exchanges.

        Did you request a refund or an exchange?

        @thargelios: honestly, no I didn't try because documentation in parcel implied not possible plus with cost of return postage not worth the hassle - I regifted to my sister!

  I purchased in Feb 2018. One item did not fit properly. When contacted for them to return, it is denied with the comments that return is not provided on sales items.

  The email reads as below:

  We have reviewed your return request for your recently purchased goods but unfortunately we have REJECTED your request.

  The reason for REJECTING your claim is as follows:

  Unfortunately we dont offer a refund on sale items, however we are more than happy to exchange. Thank you
