For online sellers, there is MyPost Business website which allows you to send parcels and provides a discount of 10-15% if sending at least 250 parcels per year (5 per week).
To get the 15% discount, you need to be sending around 1000 parcels per yer (20 per week).
I don't send 1000 parcels per year. But my idea is to combine 1 account with multiple users so that we can share it to make sure together we send at least 20 parcels per week. I don't see any reason why we can't do this. We can enter multiple "ship from" addresses and just make sure each user selects their own "from" address when shipping, and payment is done by credit card so each user can pay using their own credit card.
So if you're interested to share an account with me, and send at least (on average) 3 parcels per week, send me a PM. If we had around 7 users, sharing one account, then we should all get a 15% discount after the next count date.
