    A 2.5Mbps ADSL connection with no congestion will barely get this downloaded before the trial is over. You basically need a 25Mbps NBN connection minimum to get it downloaded before the end of today.

      I've been downloading Dishonored 2 for the past three days and it's still not done (overnight only of course). Gotta love Perth internet haha

  They still don't have OCE/Asia servers so the ping is gonna be between 275-310 ms. Surprised they still sell the game here in AUS.

    Really? I have lousy adsl (1 not 2) in rural queensland and this plays perfectly fine for me and my son simultaneously on our connection. It routinely averages under 100 ms ping times. Are you in the desert on dialup or satellite or using a 56k modem?

      I'm in Victoria with a telstra cable connection and have played ESO over 6-7 months during the morrowind chapter. No way ur getting under 100 ms ping times even with a fancy vpn as the servers are in NA and EU. A simple google search " ESO Australian servers" would lead u to multiple forums asking for an Australian / Asia servers. The ping is annoying but bearable for PVE content albeit some dungeons are harder than what they should be. But on the PVP side of things, the game is just bad with high ping. SO please dont spout nonsense of ur ADSL 1 connection in Rural queenslands giving u less than 100 ping. Unless u can post proof of that which would be highly unlikely.

      There wouldnt be a need for this if ur ISP gave the same ADSL 1 service for more ESO players now would they?

        Hey, you're right. I apologise for my error. We do get pings around what you said. I was maybe thinking of GTA 5. The Elder Scrolls is perfectly playable though with those pings - although we only routinely play PVE so it might be quite different in PVP.

  I don't even bother. The pings are too high for us Aussies. Why EB promote this crap and at such high price is beyond me. Perfectly good game if we had our own server. Why we always het lumped with EU or Asia as if we don't exist.
