I've had ongoing issues with the rental agent managing my inner-Sydney (south west) property. Can anyone recommend a managing agent they know does a decent job?

I can only give you an opinion from a tenants perspective, but of the 4 different letting agencies we have dealt with since moving to Sydney, they have been the most professional.Simon Zaglas at Paridis Partners (now trading under the name Raine and Horne) at Bondi Junction. I have dealt with half a dozen real estate agents in the last ten years, and Simon is the one that I advised my own daughter to go to when she and her partner were thinking of buying. To be brief, he is a decent human being who really wants everything to go well for the buyer and the seller, and he fills you with confidence that you're not being ripped off.

I see quite a few real estate companies appear in there quite a few times. Might help figure out which ones to stay away from.
