Woolworths - Huggies Ultra Dry $10/pk of Crawler 44pk; Toddler 36pk; Walker 32pk; Junior 30pk

210

Hope it's not a repost as I couldn't find it.

From this week's catalog:
https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/catalogue#view=catalogue2…

$6 off a pack making it almost 40% off.
It's been at this price once in the 1.5years that I've been a dad, but definitely cheaper than most sales based on per nappy cost.

Best prices I've found in the past per nappy for the data I have for crawlers is:
20/7/2016 - Woolies $25/96pk = $0.26/nappy
27/8/2016 - Costco $48,89/192pk = $0.25/nappy
throughout 2017 - BigW $24/96pk = $0.25/nappy
This sale - Woolies $10/44pk = $0.23/nappy

However, good luck finding size 4 Toddler size as I've had to search 4 stores to buy any around the Ryde/Silverwater/Lidcombe area!
Size 3 and 5 are plentiful everywhere, and you can get the Huggies Ultimate for newborn too for the same price but that's also not easy to find.

Last resort which the woolies staff told me is that you can get a raincheck until they get stock in to lock in the price for 4weeks.

I always wait for this special instead nowadays.
I don't think people realise that 2 of these make up a standard 'bulk' box, but only costs $20. (Instead of the usual $24-$27 specials for a box.)

Also, Woolies and Coles both do this special every few months. Coles was just last week or week before, and Woolies was about 3 weeks ago.
I bought a heap from Woolies and received a $15 off $200 spend discount.
With 3 5 and under and a new one due any day now, it's not like they'll go to waste!!! ;)

Damn I must have been blind as haven't noticed this at all!
I only recall seeing it once in the last year… need to keep an eye out more on the catalogs!

      • LoL. Yeah, most people don't even look at them because they're usually a much dearer way of buying them.
Pulled a guy up the other week while in Woolies that walked straight up and just grabbed a box.
Being a guy, you get some strange looks when you're walking out with 20 packs!!! 😂

And here it is again… at Coles.
It is worth stocking up a little though, as this special can very well disappear for 3-6 months.
Also, both stores readily allow you to exchange for a bigger size if you need to a few months down the track! ;)

You can also use the baby5off coupon code to get an extra $5 off for any baby products totalling over $30. It expires in two days so use it soon. The original deal is listed here.

  • 60 for $10 at aldi

I currently have some Aldi nappies, ok if ur not expecting a poo. But when my baby poos, Aldi leaks up the back, with no rear guard. So does thank you nappies, only Huggies I’ve found have rear leak guards.

Pay a few cents more, and save my baby clothes.

  • huggies nappy pants are half price at $8.50. size 4 toddler works out to be 29.3c a nappy but much easier with nappy pants, especially when we are out, as i've got a wriggly one that wouldnt stay still!

    • Good for a no1 only… if it's a massive no2, we've found that it doesn't hold as well as the traditional nappy.

still, good price though so we actually use both but more the traditional ones

  • Upvoting as I have a newborn and huggies are a must have. My older child stopped doing megash!ts at about 18 months and the aldi nappies are fine and much cheaper than huggies, even at this special price.

  • If you can’t find them in store, try to search online. If you allow website to know your location, it will show you what is in stock in your local store (usually update happens every 2 hours). You also can select a pick up and select a different store, then you will see what is in stock in the selected pick up store…hope it might help…

  • Surprised they don't have the smaller infant size. I thought it was just sold out but looks like they don't make them. Anyway bought up for our boys. To bad Huggies don't always last 10-11 hrs with our two year old. We usually double up with a little ones brand over the top to try and prevent leakages but doesn't always work.

    • I've also found the same but for us, it's because we pick him up and it squeezes the nappy and the pee oozes out and into the pants because it's too full!
