    Brilliant timing: I'm just washing the cat vomit out of my housemate's exact mattress that she bought a couple of weeks ago.

    Her feedback:
    - is a little too soft for her taste, even when firmer configuration is used
    - the latex smell was strong at first, but fine after a couple of days
    - service was brilliant.

    My feedback, after said vomit incident today:
    - outer layer zips into two, which means only the top part needs to be washed
    - outer layer stopped moisture soaking through into the comfort layer, although a slight stench did seep through
    - outer layer dries very quickly after washing and spinning - almost dry to the touch
    - my housemate has forgiven my cat (I think).

    She paid $299, so this is a better price.

    (Yes, long-time lurker who registered to post this).

      Would you/she buy another one of these? Would another brand help or are they all the same foam?
      Did she place it on the floor or base?

        She would. It's being used on top of an uncomfortable sofa bed, so part of the softness may stem from being on top of that, rather than on a firm frame or the floor.

        She only looked online, and whilst they probably use latex from different manufacturers, they are likely to be similar.

        For the price, she was really happy.

        Haven't reassembled it yet to see if the cover has shrunk!

          I’ve been tossing up between Esoca, OneBed but they are doubled the price.
          Also I have back issues, so I prefer a firm bed.
          Not sure if I get this or just use camping mats on the floor.
