[WA] Campbells Fully Loaded Angus Beef & Veg Soup $0.94 (Normally $4.17) @ Woolworths Gateways

100

I accidentally bought one of these bad boys at Woolies Cockburn Gateway (WA), and it scanned in a $0.94. I was actually grabbing the other ones on special at $1.75.

Went back the next day, and noticed that the price tag had it as a clearance sale of $2.25… but still scanned in at $0.94.

Coles normal price is $4.17. Woolies have removed it from their website.

  • So… is it 94c or $2?

    • It's 94c, as per the title.

      • Did you scan it the next day when you went back and saw the $2.25 price tag?

        • Yep, I bought some more :)

  • +1

    Ayyy gateways!!!

  • I got sucked in to their funny TV ads: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dLIIKrJ6nnI
The soup itself is meh. The 'meat' is very poor in quality - but I guess most canned meat is pretty bad.

    Won't buy it again.

  • Aw I was just there this afternoon but didn't walk down that aisle, would have stocked up for cheapie work lunches

    • "Fully Loaded" Angus Beef & Veg Soup

      ;)

  • Honestly, all the Campbells taste the same after a while….seriously learn how to cook, so you don't to eat shit like this

    • Sure does. Any mass marketed brand. That horrible thickener flavour. Definitely produced down to a shelf price rather than something decent.

Problem is sometimes you just want to crack something open that's dead easy.
