Check local footpaths for free used ones. Neighbour was getting rid of basic unit, so included free delivery😀

Yeah, I mean the loss to the business will be massive. They might have honored one or two purchases but any more than that is probably even unreasonable to expect.

Would have been good to get the order in, but the chances of all thes eorders being honored is slim to none. So its all good.
Was able to get a Home Gym, BF Scales, and an Elliptical trainer for $102, but then the delivery kicked in ($231) and brought it up to $333…I think a bit too much?

Order shows processing. Have requested pick up for today but nothing yet…
Tried calling them and they wont answer. They have a pre recorded message saying they are busy with higher than expected call volumes and to message through their website. Tried messaging them via their form and although I fill in the Captcha it keeps asking for it, lol. Seems like they have purposely blocked all communication channels. Not sure what is happening.my order also shows as processing. though I have not tried calling them, maybe I should.

was contacted via email today to say their site had a glitch. I could either pay the balance of $200ish and keep the order, or cancel and get a refund.
did not get any email so far. are they obliged to honour the purchase?
@ak-km: You can try and argue that. I dont think that will be enforceable though given the number of orders placed. The business will go bust if they honor all of them.
@ak-km: I got an email from them. they wont honor it. Too much headache to try and enforce it. I dont think you will be able to enforce it either way.
@gobarney. Maybe you should say that you will take this matter to ACCC if they dont honour the purchase. I will if they send me an email.
Ok i got the same email. I asked for a refund.
Looking at it from ACCC point of view, they can legitimately say they had a glitch. if ACCC does force them to honor all sales, they do so risking the business. I dont think they will be punished for a mistake humanly possible for anyone this harshly.
They are really bad, although they have not honored the orders, they are takinig forever to make refunds. Now is the time that everyone should complain. It is one thing not to honor a mistake you made but to not refund customers quickly is not good enough.
I have already lodged a complaint with Fair Trading NSW. Lets see what happens.

Have been down that path many times. The best they can do is request a refund (but can't enforce it) - which has already been promised.
This deal had [Pricing Error] added to title 2 minutes after posting - a pretty good warning.

Hi guys, just to let you know that i just picked up the treadmill from their Seven Hills location without any issues. The item is now listed for $419 (RRP is $1599, Joke) but when i couldn't get onto the spin bikes i tried a few other sections and got the TRX7 Treadmill for $99. Curious whether anybody else opted for pick up rather than delivery!
I picked up today:
- Treadmill x1
- Spin bike x1
- Electric bike 36v x2
- Weight bench x1
- Elliptical x1
No questions asked.
