  • is that this store?https://www.productreview.com.au/p/pauls-warehouse.html A lot of people saying that they sell counterfeit shoes. Have anyone ever had shopping experiences with them?

I was always under the impression that they sold old styles (2+ seasons) and ‘b’s which are basically factory seconds free from defect.

I’ve never heard anyone claim they sell fakes although I wasn’t overly impressed with selection although prices can be good.

I don’t get the obsession some have for the brand havaianas but that’s because I’ve got slightly wider than average feet and those horrid bands tear my feet hairs out.

$5 is good value if you can get your size. Went to the one in Dandenong just before Easter. Typical clearance place… sizes of most things in stock (including Havaianas) were either quite small or XXL+.

  • Meanwhile in Thailand, the store holders in Phuket refused to sell me knock off Havianas for less then $15…

    • Back in 2002, I bought Havaianas for $2 a pair in Brazil (Fortaleza and Oyapock).

Funny enough, I prefered these (made of 3 layers of hard rubber). They lasted for years.
Today I see a lot of Haiavanas made of a single layer of foam-ish material.

      • at ~$5 i'd rather get the soft/cushioned for comfort and replace them more regularly…

        but thats just me

if you dont need cushion/support thats fine :)
