  Long answer:

  You will find the same method of selling on eBay and most of the time for much less than what you have found. Interestingly all these cheap email only license sellers would sell only one version: Office 2016 Pro Plus. The reason is that they are selling business/academic or MSDN licenses and the same license is sold to multiple unsuspecting buyers. During its lifetime it will work and update like any other legitimately obtained and activated office install but with two main caveats: After receiving the license key you should install straightaway and don't sit on it for weeks as by then the code would most definitely have been blacklisted by MS. Second is you would never be able to reactivate Office at a later time after a reinstall using the same code and this also due to the same reason - It would be blacklisted by then.

  Short answer: It will install and activate but not legit. Whether you want to go ahead with the purchase or not is up to you!
