Any deal on LG G6 for less than $500 (Au Stock)?

Hi,
Looking to replace my LG G4 that has bootlopped for a second time, just outside of warranty.
Any deal on G6 for an Aussie stock?

I've been waiting ages for the G6 to drop too! but I think i'm just going to give up and go with the Sharp Aquos S2 instead.

It was a sweet buy getting it for ~$460 back in around ~June 2017.
Not the best phone deal I've seen, but it was good simply because of the market: Redmi Note 3 was discontinued, Used S7 was still ~$550, the OnePlus 5 was fetching around ~$800, and the S8 was still flagship priced.

I'm still using mine, its not the best but acceptable still.
Going forward I think I will convert to iPhone… its because Android is getting very annoying with little things here and there.
Updates are few and far, and when they come they're already outdated in feature and security.
The thing that kept me from going to iPhone 6 Plus was the AndroidWear circular watches… but even that WatchOS ecosystem has waned due to Google's neglect.
Apple may rule with an iron fist, however, most of the calls it takes are for the betterment of the ecosystem. And I'm getting more and more conscious about the ecosystem, and less and less wowed by the hardware.

  • Yeah as above. I too have been waiting ages for the G6 to drop further than $500 (as I don't think its worth that much today) and have given up as I don't think it will happen. Most shops no longer stock the G6 and as the G7 is due for release soon, I doubt the G6 will be ever on sale below the current offers around $550.

I think the Moto G5s Plus is the next best alternative atm, which can be had for around $250. Although its such a larger phone in size :(

  • Ok so for those that are still waiting for a better deal on the LG G6 than the $550 this phone is frequently available for, the G7 is apparently being 'announced' on May 2nd and predicted to be available in Mid May.

But not sure what this means for the G6 TBH. Will have to keep my eyes pealed for this.

  • EDIT: Disregard, website says pre-owned.

I've just found this for $450

I think it's the 'K' version (although it states Origin is Australia).
