Microsoft has announced that there will be a free trial for PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds during Xbox Live Gold's Free Play Days which starts on 19th April. Gold members will be able to download and play the game for free during the duration of the Play Days event.

Not only will Gold members be able to download the whole game to play for free but whatever Battle Points you earn during the free to play period will be carried over if you decided to purchase the whole game. Microsoft has also announced that there will be some new DLC for PUBG which will include an exclusive cap, long sleeved shirt, cuffed jeans and hi-top sneakers.

Xbox Live Gold's Free Play Days will start on 19th April and run until 22nd April for all Xbox Live Gold members on Xbox One

    I'll be trying it, but tbh it never interested me anyway, open to being surprised though. That's the point of a free day, yeah? Luring in people who'd have otherwise overlooked it?
