  i have this set and the ”chefs choice asian knife sharpener” and they have been like new for so many years. such good knives especially if u have the right sharpener

      yes. its absolutely incredible. it sharpens at 15deg so its for asian knives like global and shun. but u can make regular European knives sharper than they are supposed to be lol

  They are only $309 on kitchen warehouse eBay. They have free postage too and the 20% off so brings it down to $247.20. Great set though at any price under $300!
