Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups

I just tasted this and I fell in love. So shopping for discount Easter chocs with the wife I saw these at the reject shop, and told her I’m getting it as it’s the same price as Easter chocs at half price. Now I’ve finally had one, and O.M.G it’s so good, so peanutty and creamy. I want to know where to buy it in larger packs.

I’m hoping someone with a Costco membership can tell me if they sell it and how much. Or where else I can buy larger packs.

1kg bags at Costco for 20.99

Beware, these were my favourite treat before the 1kg bag cured me.

    • I bought them for $2 for 150 gr.

That’s 1.5 kg for $20 at the reject.

The reject shop ones are made in a different factory to the Costco ones and the ones you get in the US I’ve been told. There is most definitely a difference in taste and texture. You’re right though, PB cups are the best treat money can buy.

  • The ones the reject shop sell aren't even that good in my opinion. The reject shop ones are also slightly smaller then Two-pack you can get at say a petrol station or some woolworths stores (which also taste better than reject)

Oh and the mini ones at costco are quite good. But original is best

    • Not sure what you mean by original…Reece is Reece?

      • The bigger ones to me are original compared to the small ones at Costco

        • ah i see, i think ive only tasted the small ones so far. I'll need to keep an eye out for for the big ones

  • Sounds yummy

  • make your own, plenty of recipes out there

Yeah, make your own. Nigella Lawson has a good version (its just peanut butter, sugar and butter mushed together ie fat, sugar and some more fat, then top with chocolate. You can sprinkle some salt if in you want to cover all of the food groups). No cooking required.

But i would make your own - wait for half price reeses peanut butter to make in bulk .

I bought mine from Catch in the past, but no longer do because once you start it's really hard to stop. ADDICTIVE TO THE MAX.

Compared to the Costco offering, even these aren't cheap.

  • How do these compare to Whittaker's peanut butter chocolate bars? I love those but have not tried Reeses yet.

    • reeces more buttery and more peanuty

  • they are crap in the same way Krispy kreme is crap. u can have one… think yeah kinda ok.. have another one…then a bit after that, you start to think about killing yourself.
