Parrot Bebop Drone Skycontroller Charger $10 (RRP $79) @ JB Hi-Fi

40

Hi guys,

Saw this in JbHi-Fi (Craigieburn, Victoria) yesterday. Seems like a bargain. Their website does have similar item.
https://www.jbhifi.com.au/drones-robotics/all-drones/parrot/…

They got other Parrot items on sales as well (as you can see in the image).

Got the below info from Parrot website:

PARROT BEBOP DRONE AND SKYCONTROLLER BATTERY CHARGER
1 charger 12.6 V/1.2 A output) and 1 AC adapter (United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan) to recharge the batteries for the Parrot Bebop Drone and the Parrot Skycontroller.
The charging time is around 90 minutes. The red light indicates that it is charging. When the light turns green, the battery is fully charged.

      Just $589 short.

  • i guess parrot is officially dead.

    • long life the cockatoo!

      • well its been a long time since parrot released anything new in the consumer area.

        • DJI dominate the market

        • @h4zey:

tahts true, but since parrot stopped making new drones, dji has also be stagnant. Anything that uses plain shitty wifi isnt a real drone its a toy, and the mavic air etc are toys.

        • @ninetyNineCents: interesting, so what do you reckon is better than shitty wifi?

        • @h4zey:

have you tried any phantom or mavic pro ?

  • I got a parrot bebop for $150 a month or so back and it's been amazing for the price

    • I second this. Got it for $179, and the Skycontroller for another $120. Absolutely amazing for the price. Only thing missing is optical image stabilisation and a more intelligent 'follow me' mode.
