      It's a big saving. Might have to buy a few codes and offload them on ebay for let's say $199 USD. Still a big saving for the next buyer. Easy money for me.

      It may (meaning it will change some people at some rate such as 5 in 100, 50 in 100 whatever) the readers sense of value by taking advantage of something commonly known as The Anchoring Effect.

      This happens automatically and knowing about why the number is there doesn't help. What does help is a good knowledge of prices for whatever you are looking at. No one has good knowledge about everything they buy so we are all victim to this insidious practice.

  If you're into civ, it's worth checking out civ4 with the fall from heaven mod.
  Turns it into a fantast setting. It's very good.
