Hundreds, if not thousands of bats have taken up residence in the trees outside my tabernacle. I don't mind the odd smattering of bats here and there and I'm certainly not a bat hater. I'd just wish that around 60% of them would sling their hook.

Are you talking about flying fox or tiny microbats (like bentwing)?

Flying foxes are disease carrying pests. Protected pests. So don’t get caught or you could be fined or even face imprisonment.

I have a colony near me and get 1 or 2 bats in ripe fruit trees in my yard.
No big deal.
If they are not on your property you can't do anything.
