The answer could be: Shipster...

I decided to buy the handheld luggage scale posted. Now, for certain sites I go incognito, buy the item, then chechout as guest or I login. But lo and behold, when I click checkout in Kogan website, my details are already there!!!

This is so wrong for many reasons. Why is Google and/or Kogan allowed to bypass incognito mode???!!! Why are my details already there in the checkout form? I never bought from Kogan, and never go to Kogan website using regular Chrome.

Something's definitely wrong here. I still bought the luggage scale tho. Sucker!

      • Data, is that you?

  • Similar thing has happened to me before, clicked checkout expecting to fill out the details and then it just goes through. If you've purchased from Kogan before through PayPal, Kogan would have asked permission to become a "pre approved" payment method through paypal. PayPal must then use all of your details stored including address to complete the purchase.

To remove, log into paypal, click on settings icon then manage automatic payments.
