I can still not justify spending more than $350 for a vacuum, but at $399? hmmm. maybe if I had a coupon ;)

    I have a 4 year old miele animal something running like its brand new and a new Kogan stick thats already falling apart. penalty? wife now wants a Dyson.

      My advice is not to get a Dyson, they are over-rated and overpriced. My old dc25 just broken after 3 years of use, for $600 rrp it's not worth it. V6 might be a better model.

        Hi ywaa1124, I have disambled it and cleaned both the filters and let it dry for 2 days, the current issue I had was the roller not spinning, Dyson reps told me the motor is broken so I need to buy a new head from Dyson ($90). So overall, all other parts are fine just the roller is not spinning. Dyson quoted me roughly $165 for service, I think it is bit excessive, I only had it less than 4 years….I didn't do anything wrong, should have bought the Bosch vacuums instead….

        I am thinking to buy a cheaper brand vacuum. I do have pets so a powerful vacuum is necessary.

  absolute was close to this when deal's on

  would get absolute anyday for hepa

  ridiculous for 400 vac without hepa

  i guess they want ppl to pay more for upper model w/ hepa

    At least Apple built quality doesn’t feel like cheap junk. $300 Miele has better build quality than the $999 Dyson.
