Woolworth Rewards Hacked?

Hi,

Anyone else having the same problem. My Woolworths reward account (and also my wife's) showing no history and zero points. Have they been hacked, a glitch or just us? Thanks

    Probably hacked by woolies

    • Wow would never try and rort the system, they are an honest company, just scraping by. We should donate all rewards cards to Wow in unison and pray to the Orange Gods.

  • Did you accidentally use your points as credit for your purchase?

    • Not really but it still shouldn't be showing 0 points as it is redeemed in multiples of 2000 plus there is no shopping history either

      • Are you using the app or website to view your points?

        • Initially on app then double check on website.. then checked my wife's account

    I bought some Gift Cards today and was meant to receive bonus points.
    The bonus points were noted on the receipt, but not added to the account.

    My local Woolies was saying there was an EFT Link glitch today. I suspect it is related.

    My a/c also says 0 points and no transaction history, but does show fuel discounts

      Same here,no points, no history, two fuel vouchers

      • Just went back to normal, got all my points back now.

    My account says 'Wow are scam artists'. Must have been hacked….

    Mine also says 0 points and $0 since joining.

    Not a major loss, only had just under 2K points, and have always found WW/ER the worse of the two compared to Coles/flybuys anyway.

    • Just checked and my entire 1,996 points are back again. Guess the system was down.

      Yay, now I only have to wait 1 more shop so I can get $10 off the following shop… Meanwhile, flybuys is throwing $20 worth of points at me every month or so for spending $X per week (which I'm usually spending anyway).

    All 6 accounts 0 points 0 history but all fuel discounts still there. I thought they found out about my multiple accounts but guess it's everyone.

    Be disappointing to lose them all though, at least $40 discounts gone

    We had our accounts drained a few months back - someone used points in 'Blacktown' even though we've never been there.

  • I was told that they had system outage at date center in Eastern Creek over the weekend when I was shopping yesterday

  • Looks like their entire IT system went down today.
