About to get the gas ducted heating unit (in-ceiling) replaced in our investment property as the previous unit has stopped working. Being an investment property, we're very keen to get one that is reliable.
We've do far received a quote for a Brivis unit (Classic Wombat 20) and a Bonaire (MB420) which are roughly the same price.
Have you had any experience with either brand for as ducted heating system, or even better the specific models?

My place has a Brivis Wombat. About 8 years old. No issues, I get it serviced every two years.
Because it’s a very basic model, you can’t have multiple zones, which is a bit of a limitation
