Has anyone else experienced an issue where the app randomly stops registering touch inputs (on android at least) rendering the app unusable? Restarting my phone used to work but doesn't seem to now. Anyone else have any workarounds to get it working again?
I've tried that to no avail, Now I'm stuck at a choose your nearest store page.

I had problems with the McDonalds app on my LG G3 Beat (low spec phone). Got a new phone now and the app has been working fine. What phone have you got?
Galaxy s7edge. Surely a good enugh phone to be able to run it.
Not good enough to auto correct so maybe it can't handle the app.
Could be greasy fingers from all the fries
I've found the mymacca's app is very overprotective of its UI and doesn't like screen filter apps (like Twilight).

Thats it. You are truly a geek! Had this issue for a while now, had almost given up on this. And disabling twilight fixed it.
Gee, I can't imagine ever having that problem. But, seriously, if you want an easy life you don't have to fill your phone, or laptop, with 3rd party spyware. I spend quite a bit of time getting rid of that shit on new stuff
God this is still a problem for me. Running on S10. Nothing open. No tinting things. Closed every app. Turned off edge display. I can, for some reason, move the screen up and down when I hold down the edge tab. Otherwise I can't press any buttons.
Honestly if maccas doesn't want my money they shouldn't ever improve the app.
Yep I get the exact same issue.. re-installing the app seems to work for me.
