South East Asia Travel Card

Hi All!

I'm looking for advise on travel card suited for me. I'll be traveling to Bali and other city in South East Asia early next month. I'll probably need more than credit card because some rural area won't accept credit card. So cash on hand would be necessary, however I'll be traveling for 3 months so I'm sure I'll be running out of cash at some point.

Additionally, I'm taking break from my office (hence the long holiday) so ING savings benefits won't apply to me as I won't be getting money into the account and using the card to do 5 transaction (or can I actually use the card abroad for those transaction?)

Please recommend me credit card I should use and recommended way to use ATM with lowest fee possible.

    I can't find anything in the T&Cs for the Orange Everyday Account that says that the 5 card purchases to qualify for the rebate must be made in Australia? The $1000 deposit can easily be achieved by moving money between two savings accounts too (for example, Citibank Plus, which is a good backup card to have anyway).
