Unsatisfied with New Garnier BB Naturals Cream

Last week I bought the new Naturals version of the Garnier BB cream. I bought it at a supermarket when it was half price, so it cost me just under $8.

In the past I have used their regular BB cream and the age-defying BB cream, both of which I liked.

But I’m not happy with the new Naturals version. It doesn’t blend in, just leaves streaky marks on the face. And it doesn’t moisture (my face felt dry all day).

What is the most appropriate response when you’re not satisfied with a product, especially from a brand which you’ve been happy with before?
