Could You Please Recommend Me Similar Wrap around Sunglasses ?

Hello all,

I lost my Ray Ban sunglasses and when searching for the same model it looks like it is out of production unfortunately. I had them since 2005 I think.

Could you please recommend me a similar sunglasses , authentic and polarized. Maybe somebody here is wearing very similar style and can recommend it. I am looking for wrap around sunglasses only as I feel it is protecting my eyes the best. Doesn't have to be Ray Ban, it can be any other quality brand.

Thanks a lot for any suggestions:)

  • I'd suggest heading to sunglass hut or somewhere for a look. That way you can try them on and compare different styles.

I had an eye surgery last year so my eyes were super sensitive. The day after I went to buy a new sunnies to replace my prescription sunnies. Bought a pair of rayban and found out I couldn't even open my eye when the sun is outside.

Went back in the store and the girl said I should try Maui Jim. Bought a pair of https://iframes.com.au/products/maui-jim-bamboo-forest and never ever looked back again!

  • Oakley Batwolf

  • Arnette Hot Shot.

  • Thanks guys. Will check it out.

    $10-$20 from servo

  • Cancer Council sunglasses are the best IMO and good value for money.

  • Bunnings sell good wrap around sunnies from around $13

  • get a set from your local petrol station

  • Oakley EV Zero. They have polarised lens option.

On my second pair. First one is last at sea :(. No metal parts so someone somewhere may wear them in the future.

  • Thanks guys, I will definitely consider Cancel Council or even cheaper sunglasses as long as they are safe and give me the same protection as designer sunglasses.
