(Store representatives must provide this information - there should be no reason to hide this from potential customers.) At the least, state ”+Shipping”

    I accidentally bought 2 Small woodland Ray Greens (because of a loading problem on your website) could you please replace one with a small Terra Firma?

      Hi Atish,

      Sorry for the discrepancy in shipping cost. $7.95 is the postage charge for up to the weight of 500g. As you purchased 6 shirts the weight was above 500grams and was charged according to the 500g-3kg parcel rate. The shipping is automatically calculated according to Australia Post rates.

      We've changed the title for additional clarity re postage charges.

      Provided we weren't 100% clear would you accept a partial refund to of amount you were charged above $7.95 for postage? (which would be a refund of $6.70).

    Why is there no sizing infomation on the website? Maybe I missed it, but I did try to click through most of the site. S, M, L has very little meaning these days… actual dimensions of the shirt is most helpful.

    Thanks for the suggestion, we'll definitely need to put up a sizing charts of the measurements for each size.

    In the meantime here is a measurement guide for each of the sizes:

    Size Small: Chest: 18.5 inches, Length: 27.5 inches
    Size Medium: Chest: 19.5 inches, Length: 28.5 inches
    Size Large: Chest: 20.5 inches, Length: 29.5 inches
    Size Extra Large: Chest: 21.5 inches, Length: 30.5 inches
    Size Double Extra Large: Chest: 22.5 inches, Length: 31.5 inches
