Sorry, my mistake as an editor. OP and web page did not say how many masks are in a pack, just that there are 3 designs in this set. OP gave very little info in this post and I misunderstood. The web site didn't help either, so buyers beware, you don't know how many you'll be receiving.

Sorry you feel like that but shipping, freight, tax, employees wages and superannuation, import duties, accountant fees, postage, packing, doing business the right ways adds up to that 1-2 dollars. $6.50 for a mask pack is more than a fair price, specially considering other retailers in Australia charging over $10 for an inferior product. the set offers 3 mask packs for $20 with free shipping

If you are charging 6 times the retail price that people sell in the country where it is produced or mostly used, you are doing something wrong. This is OzBargain, not OzPromotion. It's not a bargain.
When my wife buys here cosmetic stuff she gets tons of these for free. Like 20-50 depending on how much she spends. This is like the phone shops charging 10-20 for glass screen protectors you can buy on aliexpress for 80 cents.
3 pack for $20?! What a rip-off! It's about $1~$2 maximum back in Korea. What a margin you guys are making.
