Best Telecube Plan

Just wondering which NBN Telecube plan you recommend for a house of 4 just for general use some streaming of YouTube?

  you can try which ever one is suitable and if it does not meet your requirements, you can change it before the next billing period begins. It is pre-paid, so have to be done before the next billing period with no contract or plan changes fees. I have the 50/20 1000gb which was only $65 but it is now $75.

    What download speeds are you getting on 50/20? I signed up to Telecube 25/5 last week and I'm lucky if I get 15.

    8.5 at the moment.

      Not connected yet - just signed up. Technician came and left the job half-finished. No fixed internet for the last 3 days. Complained to nbn and telecube but no reply yet.

  i would go for the 50/20 1000gb plan.

  good price point and 50/20 speeds are enough for any family with basic usage.

  im on telecube 100/40 and get 90/35 all day. im on fttn

  Go with someone else. I joined up to Telecube 2 weeks ago and apparently have a provisioned service even though I can still access my old Internode ADSL. Cannot connect, service desk is only contactable via email and they take 24-48hrs to respond each time. Cant talk to anyone on the phone, its so far just been an absolutely lousy experience.

  Yes we have some reservations about the lack of accessible customer service too.
