Professional Car Wash Products

I was just wondering other than the usual car care products you can find at Supercheap, what are the better known and reputable products used by professionals? Don't mind to try some alternatives if they are reasonably affordable.

      Nothing in particular, looking for more effective products for better results and to save time, if they exist at reasonable price.

    I really like chemical guys stuff. The products are fantastic. They have an Aussie distributor. Chemguys.com.au. however his freight costs are ridiculous so it's nearly only worth buying in bulk. I've been buying Bowdens Own gear when it's on sale instead and it's also good gear.

    There is bulk detailing gear but I've not used it, maybe a detailer will chime in on their favourites.

      I frequent Car Care Product. If you live close enough to drop into their store, they're pretty helpful.

        I went to one of their detailing classes at their Brisbane showroom. Extremely helpful and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to look after their car.

      I found ZAS to have the best service when i asked for advice via email. Waxit the worst, but i ended up purchasing alot from them too. Both have facebook groups where you can ask for help from other members. Detail Paradise & Detailing Liftstyle Club.

    Right now I'm using the Karcher shampoo from Bunnings: https://www.bunnings.com.au/karcher-5l-car-shampoo_p6270146

    Result is good but not super shiny.

      You shouldn't judge your car washing detergent on how shiny it leaves your car. Leave that to your sealant/wax and your post-wash detailing spray.

    Supercheap Auto sell Autoglyn, and I find their stuff pretty good.

      Thanks, will give Autoglym foaming wash a go when Supercheap has another sale.
