Ive used paypal for about 15 years and have in the past had to verify my account by special forms of ID etc. I am planning to open a small online store, and also allow people to pay me on paypal in markets, still a small seller. Is there a limit to how much you can receive at all?
I have also just noticed when I login to Paypal there is an option to add passport. Does it ask everyone this or is it possibly because after not using Paypal for a while I am suddenly receiving a bit of money back? Just want to know if I should add it if im not forced. I would not want to be relying on Paypal and find they cut the account off because I did not add my passport.
If you already provided them with other forms of ID, just ignore it unless they request more.
