  • Well i still havent received my product…sent an email today and they said it will be in by thursday…has anyone had delivery problems? i ordered it at 12:20 and i seem so far down the queue…

  • I received an email that advised me they run out of stock on 9 January 2011 and offered "similar" alternatives.

    I just replied the email and expressed my unhappiness

    A few days later, I received an email that said refund check was on the way. (without give me any choice between alternative offer and refund check)

  • I say MLN Rep comment on a deal today. He said, they are still delivering the goods ordered 2 weeks back. So hope, yours is dispatched or will do in a day or two. You can contact the rep through contact.

  • I wrote to them, 5 days (last Friday) after they sent me an email confirming that my payment had cleared (turnaround was supposed to be 72 "business??" hours, (which could have meant 9 whole business days), but I think they meant 72 hours (3 days)…

    They replied and said that they were flat out trying to process all the items (couriers on leave as well) and they expect that I would get my stuff on Monday/Tuesday.

    Fortunately, my stuff arrived yesterday… the usb flash memory looked a bit different from what was in the picture, but I guess functionally, it was the same. Not sure if it was any better/worse.

  • I got a call on friday and was told payment cleared, but they ran out of what I wanted, so to expect a cheque this week, lucky for me I made a late visit too, or there good will would of evaporated, they did say that I would get it Monday if I wanted an alternative!

  • I'm another still waiting for my order and I placed it not long after the midnight start. I emailed them yesterday, got a reply today saying that they've been flat out with orders and to expect my order by this Friday. Hopefully!

  • Not going to buy from them any more. They run out of stock and refund me without negotiation.
    I will lodge a complaint to ACCC.

  • Yes this company are absolutely the worst. I ordered at midnight and they tell me 2 weeks later no stock. They send me a check without offering me any other alternatives. I try to call them and no1 will assist me at all instead they say I must email the online sales department who never bother to reply to my e-mails. I thought this deal smelled fishy and of course it was just a scam to get people buying stuff which they never intended to actually deliver. Will never deal with them again. I have also lodged a complaint to the department of fair trading regarding the refund policy of only offering a check.

    • I have checked and we have not received one complaint from any government dept. Sorry if I seem scepticle as no complaints have been received, could you tell me your order number? I also find it very strange no replacement was offered to you when veryone was given an offer. Considering tens of thousands of products were sold and less than 40 items were refunded it should be very easy for me to find your case.

      • I lodged the complaint yesterday so I am not surprised that you haven't been notified yet.
        Congrats on your fake sale to scam thousands of people into visiting your website and buying stuff which didn't even exist. I'm not sure if it was just a marketing ploy or what but I ordered and paid for my item as soon as the sale began and at the time according to you there were thousands of stock available. If you don't have stock you shouldn't be selling the product on your damn site and then accepting the money for it. Calling me 2 weeks later to say there is no stock is completely unacceptable.

    Real shame. He told us on the boxing day sale, that stock will be booked for online sales, except for few exceptions and that stocks are in thousands. They shipped real slow and then these stories.
    There is a real shame, where is the MLN rep?
    Logitechshop also had a massive sale on their product, still then they dispatched the products the next day.

    • Guys we advertise on all our deals 5-14 days delivery, I think all in all there were some delays, don't forget couriers don't work through this period as well, we delivered in excess of over 13,000 items in a period of 5 working days.

  • They ran out of stock with the two hard drives I ordered. I found that a bit odd as I placed the first order in less than 1 hour when the sale started and the other in less than 2 hours. How did they sell out that quickly? Anyway I got a refund cheque in the mail (kind of annoying, I would of preferred bank deposit, I never go to the bank).

    • if you bank with ANZ, make sure you fill out the deposit slip and don't let them ask you for your ATM card (to make things easier). They did that to me once, then a few days later, they charged me $2.50 for the staff counter service fee. Actually they did it to me twice!! First time I couldn't believe it… second time… I finally got wiser! :P
