It really depends on what you're doing now. If you're a regular Joe and your current job has nothing to do with Change Management, simply doing a course isn't really going to do much to get a job in that field. There's always competitors for positions and practical experience is valued over theoretical knowledge alone.
If you're in, say, an analyst or project role and you wanted to get into CM, then the course may help get you over the line and also show potential employers that you're keen and at least have some knowledge in the area.
I always try and progress in the direction I want first and secure a junior role before I commence studies. It always makes the course easier and the knowledge you learn in the course can be applied straightaway.
