    Tyres, without a doubt. You're obviously going to be thrashing the car a bit if you're considering mods, get the safest upgrade first. Good tyres will change your ride experience and provide way more grip over factory stock tires.

    I'd also consider nice wheels and better suspension if you have the money.

    A bigger top mount, down-pipe and boost controller won't do much without a tune. If anything they will throw the tune out and you will run more rich.
    I would say get a full turbo back exhaust system if that is an option. If not I would go with the CobbTuning AccessPort.

    What does the car not do that you wish it could do? If you are taking it to a race track I can see how you may want to upgrade the car

    Jpipe & tune on the FA20 will net you around 20% gain in power and torque.
