These are wired earpods and not wireless ones, so for the asking price of $19 + $5.95 Postage they are probably real considering that Apple has already ditched the headphone jack and decided that wireless earbuds are the best way moving forward.
They've been posted as a bargain before and there weren't any complaints so far.
Yes, these would be legit I think. These are an older model which need an adaptor to work with newer iPhones which do not have an audio jack - they would have dropped the price to get rid of excess stock.
Honestly, jury is out on this one. Groupon just get stock from suppliers but they've been caught out selling fake products in the past.
However I've bought these earphones from past sales and they sound identical. I suspect they probably come from the same factory that sell genuine pods but regardless for $19, it's a good alternative to the ones you buy from the Apple store.

I went on live chat asked specifically if these were "Genuine APPLE earpods" and got an answer of YES.
Good thing about Groupon Live chat is they email you a Transcript of the chat afterwards…
Update: Received them and they are genuine apple earpods.
Yes. They can't sell them if they say this…"These original Apple earpods are designed to reduce sound loss while snugged in comfortable in the ear"
