  Basically most people will not be able to claim the rebate at all.
  Is that true?
  My script is greater than -5.0 and definitely require progressive lens.

  With this just make sure it's the best deal compared to other active codes e.g. HIF (20% off) and BOGO (buy one get one free). Those two have less restrictions on brands and worked out to be way cheaper (for me at least) especially since I was buying two pairs (Raybans for both which didn't qualify for 2NEW).
