      You're not comparing apples with apples. For Circle on Cavill, the prices you are showing is for the 1 bedroom cheapest option. $160 per night for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is actually very good.

      Hi jv, thank you for your feedback. The first deal you have compared us with is at a different resort, at Hi-Surf Beachfront Resort. The $135 per night deal with us is for an apartment at The H Residences (5 star Hilton building). The Circle on Cavill deal you compared us with is the starting price for a one bedroom, our $160 per night deal is for a two bedroom two bathroom ocean view apartment. You'll also notice that those prices fluctuate on weekends, our prices do not for this period. Hope this helps! Happy OzBargaining.
