      I would not call it “okay to good”…at the very bottom of that range, perhaps (if you accept “not bad” as “okay” - “average is definitely not “okay” to me!).

      As defined by Nintendo Life:
      5 - Average
      6 - Not Bad
      7 - Good

        Considering average is a synonym to "okay" and 7 is good, 6 literally falls right into the "okay to good" range

        @Ninternet:

        The first entry that comes up in the thesaurus I looked up for “average” is “normal/typical”, giving a synonym of mediocre. I’d say that is the more dominant meaning of average when it comes to reviewing and critiquing. (Eg. “Pretty average” does not mean “pretty ok”!)

        I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t touch an “average” game - that is not okay to me. Your standards might be lower.
