Recommendations for Cheap Mobile Data at Speeds for 720p Video Streaming?

Situation;
I cant change the Telstra fixed line VDSL as it's not mine & in contract.
Currently have access to the fixed line 50GB/mth@28mbps for free but is not enough.
I do have a telstra prepaid $30/mth but I am changing to Belong's $10 as its pretty much the same for less.
Usage: 720pYT, ~Netflix, 720pTwitch, HDMovies, RDP, Dropbox & high volume web browsing.
haha my last months usage was 220GB total between all devices but I could consume less media ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I am looking for a total 100GB-theoretically unlimited/mth data on the cheap but usable speeds.
What option would be the best or are there any others?

  • Access to another Telstra acc with unlimited@2mbps but cheaper/free. (+$10 for the Belong plan I require for mobile)
  • Telstra Air Guest pass $30/mth unlimited@2mpbs (+$10 for the Belong plan I require for mobile)
  • Telstra mobile 40GB@200mbps then shaped "unlimited"@1.5mbps plan for $69mth locked in for 12mths min cost $828
  • Other provider mobile data (+$10 for the Belong plan I require for mobile)

    • saw that ahah, im in WA :(

  • Our THIRD telco does $5/8GB /size-L prepay datadayl packs, which can cover 4/7ths of the month. Current: VF 365; Fri-Mon.
    $15 for $40-cards much of the time, favorable?

    But this might change once $10 becomes the new monthly baseline for [30GB]/[<300GB] honeymoon TPG (2019)_procing.
    Who knows, fourth telco could add [120G]/[<600GB] as premier package, wringing every last bit of its own capacity4G+.
