  Rumour was they were late because a blockbuster was coming…now it appears they may just have had trouble filling the bundle.

  (though the XBox 360 titles are fine)

  A lot of people aren't happy with this month, a couch co-op Lego game and a couch co-op racing game that's actually fun is fantastic if you ask me.

    How do you actually DO couch co-op on backwards compatible games? Been struggling with this since the launch of BC. Do I have to create an entire secondary Microsoft account?

      No, it's just split screen - you can just use a local account if you want, or in some games, the second player is often just called 'player 2' or something.

      Missus and I do it all the time in stuff like Lego and Call of Duty.

      Basically, you have your second Microsoft account signed in as normal on your Xbox One yeah, then when you're playing the 360 game, you sign in again inside that game, and then you can both earn your achievements and use your custom loadouts, etc etc.

      It's a bit convoluted, but it's a shitload better than the PS4's method of backward compatibility.

  AC Russia: Awesome, rounds out the trilogy and has vindicated me for not bothering to pick it up on sale countless times.
  Smite: You sir, can (profanity) off.
  Sonic Racing: Absolutely fantastic game, already have on Vita and 360, but I'll happily trade my disc copy for a permanently owned digital copy.
  Lego Indy 2: Cool, I just rebought Lego Indy 1, so this fits nicely for me, never played the second.

  Good month for me, aside from Smite. Smite can (profanity) off. TBH I've been waiting on rebuying Burnout Revenge and Saints Row 2, they both became back compat a couple days back and I had hope they would be the 360 games of the month, oh well, guess I'll go buy them now.

  Edit: Who knows, just realized this is only for Germany and the full list hasn't been revealed for the rest of the world, here's hoping Smite gets swapped out for… literally anything else that's half way decent.

  I think it’s false advertising this month.
  We r supposed to get 4 free games not 3 games and a bit of dlc for an already free game.

    It's absolutely brilliant. Although I prefer Mario Kart 8, an argument could definitely be made that All Stars is objectively the better kart racer.

  just curious as just bought a xbox thats currently in the mail. if i activate xbox live now to get sonic before 15th june, can i claim the game on their website (pc) or do i need to do it through the store on the console?

    As long as you're activating a one month Xbox live card or above (or using the first month for a $1 deal currently running), then you'll be able to claim them through the website and once you sign on to the Xbox they'll be waiting in your Ready to Install list in My Apps and Games.
