Hi all, after attempting to post this on the deals page and finding out that pricing policy bargains aren't allowed to be posted here, I have posted this item to the forum.
Coles Mt Ommaney QLD have had this week's 2 for 1 nuts deal mislabelled all week. It turns out that while the pistachios and walnuts are on special this week and will scan, apparently only the macadamias and cashews WITH peanuts bag mixes are reduced- this means if you're buying a bag of cashews or macadamia nuts no discount will be deducted from your total at the register). However the sign states that peanuts, cashews, macadamia nuts and pistachios are included in this deal, as some bright spark neglected to use any grammar.
This may be an issue others at other stores this week too, so check your dockets and ask for a refund at the service desk.
After posting this in the deals section, I've also figured out that some people here may be a bit slow to connect the dots on why you might get a deal if you've brought these nuts as a result of misleading signage, so please refer to coles scanning error policy at
