Reading from the start it also looks like it's going back in time! Keep going back to 1999 and it's going to be extremely valuable!

Should have sent it in a camera and asked all the couriers/depot workers to take it out and take a photo so we could see some happy photos of where it has been.

  • Good morning, camel.

  • how's your handwriting? did you write the postcode correctly?

      Op's 2 look like a 6 ;)

  • This would be even better if someone sent GPS transponders. Then match to the tracking, have the GPS trace on a map.
    Irrefutable derision, hello ACA.

I once was expecting a delivery from a USA based store. Have ordered plenty of times previously & the parcels always arrive with a week.
Anyway, this one time I could track the items arriving in Syd.
Once in Sydney, the item went to the Chullora mail facility. I don't have the exact detasil but the tracking went something like:
    Day 5 Chullora
    Day 6 Taree
    Day 7 Chullora
    Day 8 Taree
    Day 8 Chullora
    Day 9 Taree
    Day 10 Chullora
    Day 11 Taree
Day 12 Chullora (anyway, you get the pattern). It went like this for 3 weeks! It took me about 5 phone calls to Aust Post to finally get them to find my parcel amongst the thousands & get it properly directed to my destination.
When it arrived I could see the issue - the label from the sender had a fold in a critical section which the computerised scanning system couldn't interpret.

  • I've had this happen a two or three times myself.
For some reason they decided to take my parcel through the scenic tour.
Sent to a QLD address to QLD address which should have taken two days, disappears for days so I lauch a customer inquiry and it turns out its somewhere in Western Australia. Took over two weeks in total.
Another case I remember having to launch a customer inquiry but can't remember the details just that it took a lot longer than it should have.
A more recent one was sent from QLD to NSW. Was scanned at Underwood (QLD), then Granville (NSW) then for some reason back at Underwood, then Granville again. From there it was normal.

Conspiracy of deliberate delays to turn people off online purchases? Wouldn't put it past Dutton's crew.
Would never have guessed this would be our reality in 2018.

  • This is probbly what happen to our letters tht Auspost put a 2 days delay.
