Cheapest I can get it for a fillet with the skin on is $26 a kg. I was wondering how much it costs at the fish monger/markets.

      Pretty much but it doesn't have to be fresh. But i was just more curious if the fish markets were cheaper because I don't have any in my area.

    $25/kg, and that's catching it myself at the trout farm ;)
