AmEx Offer Redemption

I was able to use AMEX card at bay leather republic and hit the criteria for $4k+ spend for $1200 credit. This time around I didn’t get my instantaneous email confirmation about offer. Has this happened to anyone ?? Nervous coz it’s $1200 credit. Rang AMEX who said to wait 5 business days…

Amex emailed me confirming that i have signed up to the offer correctly and requested an invoice to investigate. Promised resolution by end of the week.

  I had to wait a few days for $100 Harvey Norman credit offer they had last year. Might just be that they check credits for higher end things?

      then no idea. You'll have to wait the 5 business days and then talk to amex if it hasn't arrived.
