    • It's an App, doesn't need to be over 100MB, outsource it like KFC did with NCR. Maybe it wouldn't fail daily.

      OZB still supports it, despite its failure since day 1.

    Let hope the push (Complaint) to McDonald's Global involvement did the change.

    The App is a failure, yet OZB supports it.

    OZB shouldn't continue to support failed apps like those from Maccas

    It has failed for users too many times. (Since Day 1)

    When will OZB get a back bone.

    • If the app never or very rarely worked properly, I would neg. I have had very few issues personally by only scanning codes at the restaurants for the discounts and not ordering in the app. I recognise that it is the main feature of the app and its frustrating that the app doesn't work properly, but the discounts are still accessible, which is the main thing most OzBargainers care about.

        You can always enter the code manually at the ordering machine or show it to the staff at the counter.

        • Thats true. I was referring to all the in-restaurant redeeming methods (qr code scanning and entering code by hand by yourself at a kiosk or a staff member at the register).

          When the app does work, the app reports Item Only or Product Unavailable, when you can walk up normally and order it, Fail

          You can save stores but never use them, always tries to use the closet store, Fail.

          Open the App and get a menu, can't seem to do that, Fail.

          We are talking about McDonald's, Global giant who can not get the App correct.

          There should be no forgiven in the simple fact they have screwed up since day 1 with the App.

          KFC got it right with NCR straight out of the box. HJ never went there and does PDF's on the phone and paper.

          The Free Coffee robot in Melbourne is more reliable than McDonalds. Which is run by a bunch of guys just testing.

          Why is OZB still supporting a failing App?

        The app is a failure since day one.

        Your support of a failed App only shows you do not respect what should be delivered to the customer.

        McDonald's is a Global Company and can not produce an App and you support it.

        I'm not even going to try tomorrow morning. 4th day no money to maccas.

  • Here's their response when I question why the offer was ended early…fairly p#$@ weak response:
