          fair call - it certainly does seem to be somewhat repetitive
          the rep is asking for new ideas - maybe ozbargain should have a think tank forum where businesses can come and get ideas and try out marketing strategies - anyone who meaningfully contributes to the particular businesses forum gets a ripper deal from that business???

    This offer is much better for me - it looks like it applies to all coffee & tea (whereas the previous 2 for 1 only applied to Forte & I don't like strong coffee).

    this kind of deal ought to go into the "regulars - marked down prices after hefty jack up" and should be charged for excessive usage for personal profit.

      Mate, you've got it all wrong. I am in business, making my way and doing the best I can. You can choose to take your money to one of the big two supermarkets if you want, and buy as much Lavazza Gold as you like.. Or, you can choose to support the little guy, roasting premium coffee and offering you excellent customer service at the same time. Thats your choice.

      But, to make nonsense of your statement about huge markups…
