Woolworths Money App Not Working

Since last night, my Woolworths Money App (Android) is displaying an "Offline" message whenever I try to check the balance of a stored WISH eGift Card there.
Is anyone else experiencing the same? Just wanted to get an idea if other OzB'ers have the same issue.

  • Mine says "offline" as well in IOS. Seemed to be working earlier this week when I used it last.

    In regards to your email, Please be advised that there is currently an issues with the Money App. A ticket has been raised with our IT team to have the fixed for customers. Currently they have no ETA for this to be fixed. You will still be able to use your egift card, you just are not able to load the card onto the App currently. We suggest writing the numbers down or taking screen shot of the details to use.

  • It’s working perfectly for me on both iOS and Android.

  • There's also an issue with using egift card for online purchases, I confirmed this by calling customer service.
    It has been over 24 hours…
