Anyone able to give some insights which ones are sharp to REALLY sharp?

7 O clock should be fine. Maybe try the sampler. Get a cheap double edge safety razor (Edit: from ebay) for starting out. It is very easy to use, you will get used to the angle with practice.
I use Astra & Wilkinson.
I use feather blades personally. I found that they are the only ones which are sharp enough to prevent skin rash. Be warned though, they are really really sharp so maybe work up to them after trying some others.
+1 on the feathers. Tried a bunch of others and found these the best for sensitive skin.

7 O'clocks are good. I find Feathers way too sharp and Rubies just about perfect.
If you have got yourself a razor yet look at the Rockwell 6C or the Mingshi clone from Aliexpress. Google for write-ups. Don't worry about chopping your head off, I only started about 12 months ago and apart from a few nicks at the start it's all good now. Also got great advice from the Paste and Cut aussie shaving forum.

Grab a sampler if you can. What's perfect for one person may not be so for the next person. The 7 O'clocks don't work for me at all,and while I appreciate that a feather blade could split a hair in half lengthways, it's overkill for what I need. I'm an Astra user.
