Cancel Belong SIM

Hi all

Has anyone had any success in canceling their Belong SIM?

I tried to call but all it does it want to lodge a ‘case’ by selecting options.

Lodge a case via website/app. In my experience they do it within 30 minutes.

Just port away, but make sure you have enough time before they charge for monthly renewal.
I missed by a couple of hours and they refused to refund, or even keep as future credit if I rejoined.

    If you pay via PayPal you can just revoke the authority to charge, so they won't be able to charge you for the month.
