Opinions on Wireless 1 Online Shop. Good and Bad Experiences

I'm looking to buy a TP-Link D9 Archer ADSL Modem\Router and whilst looking through reviews and trying to find the best price I found the following offer on the Wireless 1 website.

Now whilst this is far and away the best price I've seen this modem\router for, I'm concerned about the reputation of the seller. Looking for reviews of Wireless 1 on productreviews.com.au it looks like reviews are mostly favourable, though with some terrible reviews concerning customer support. Of course this is probably an organisation in the same vein as MSY (if it works… great, if not… good luck!). Reviews seems to be up to the end of last year.

So I'm looking for some input on whether this is worth a look from these guys or if I should stay away.

    I have bought plenty of modems, power line adapters and mobile phone without any issues. You can always ring to speak to a consultant which I find refreshing as most only have email for contact.

    I bought from them about 2 weeks back for the first time. I ordered and got some order details on the website at the end of checkout. No email for order received or order dispatched. Package arrived 3-4 business days later.

    I recently ordered something via their ebay store, expected delivery 4th June… Still not delivered today (13th)…. I've messaged them and received the generic Aus Post 3-7 business days blah blah speel… Well now is well over 7 business days and I opened a case, their latest reply.. "Did you check your letterbox"?

    Umm…no…..Really… I never thought of that… lol

    I was wondering whether Wireless1 is a good online store. Like, do they have good customer service or fast shipping. Any help would be great. Thinking of buying the AirPods pro from that website.

      I just put an order through for airpods pro and sort of regret it after reading their return policy (which is: don't contact them and go through the manufacturer). I'd rather a store that I can just walk up to if there's a faulty product (i.e. get OW to PB Mediaform for about the same price).
